The City of Trimble, Missouri is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service oriented individual to serve as Part-Time City Clerk. This position reports directly to the mayor and works closely with the Board of Aldermen.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative coursework preferred.
Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, customer service, or municipal government preferred.
Knowledge of general office procedures and purchasing practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
Ability to build positive working relationships with residents, city officials, and the public.
Must be current on all State, County, and City taxes.
