The City of Trimble, Missouri is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-service oriented individual to serve as Part-Time City Clerk. This position reports directly to the mayor and works closely with the Board of Aldermen.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative coursework preferred.

  • Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, customer service, or municipal government preferred.

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and purchasing practices.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow complex oral and written instructions.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with residents, city officials, and the public.

  • Must be current on all State, County, and City taxes.
